Convenient location, just across from the main train station, and close to the center and bus station. The room was spacious and nicely decorated with a well-equipped kitchen.

Finding the entrance was a challenge, and the access card was blocked on the second night, causing a hassle to get back into the room.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with two tram stations and a metro within a block, making it easy to explore the city. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also had laundry facilities in the basement, a bonus for us. The WiFi was reliable and I was able to work from the room without any interruptions.

The building being old meant that our windows were drafty, but the front desk provided us with a space heater which quickly solved the issue. fresh towels could have been provided more often.

We got great value for our money at Franz By Zeitraum. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions and right across from the train station. The staff were cute and friendly.
